President, Warren Heath, established Comfort Homes in 2003.

Warren Heath has over 35 years of experience in custom home building in the Richmond market.

Warren began his career in the late 1970’s as a carpenter apprentice with a small but expanding Richmond builder. He worked his way up the ladder gaining extensive experience in the trade, while learning all aspects of the business as the company grew.

By the time the company became one of Richmond’s leading and well respected home builders of it’s time, Warren Heath had been promoted to Vice President of Construction for the firm.
|

In 2003 Warren Heath decided to get back to his roots as a small residential homebuilder, paying high attention to detail and quality. That's when he founded Comfort Homes.

Comfort Homes is a member of Home Builder Association of Richmond and the Better Business Bureau.
